Airport of Tomsk continues the process of reconstruction. 40 millions of rubles were transferred from Novaport to Airport of Tomsk in framework of the development program.

On 24-th November Novaport and S7 have signed the agreement concerning restructuring of S7 debts to airports where Novaport conducts the development programs. This agreement applies to airports of Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Tomsk and Chita.

Novaport company has carried out the meeting with leading French suppliers of airport equipment in French embassy in Moscow. During this meeting the new strategy of relationships with suppliers was presented.

Investment group headed by AEON Corporation has conducted a deal with physical person buying 43% of shares of Plc. “Airport Astrakhan”. The development program of the airport will be proposed and carried out by Novaport company, the integral part of AEON Corporation. The main shareholder of Plc. “Airport Astrakhan” is the government (51%).

From August 21 – September 2, a modern art exhibition entitled “The Future Depends on You. New Rules.” took place at the Tolmachevo Airport of Novosibirsk. Over 150,000 people attended the exhibit throughout its two-week run.
