Novaport holding company has taken control of “International Airport Odessa”.

Novaport holding company belongs to Roman Trozenko, owing already Novosibirsk airport «Tolmachevo» and Chelyabinskiy “Balandino” has taken control of “International Airport Odessa”. Formal winner of the competition to have the right for reconstruction and modernization of international airport «Odessa» was registered in Odessa as OJSC “Gepard plus”. Final owner of the company has become known. “Ti Es Trans Siberia Co. Limited” which is dependant on Novaport is the shareholder of OJSC “Gepart plus”.
